Went to Larabees in the rain this morning. On the water around 8:00 and off by 10:30 soaked through my rain suit. We only hit one spot because travel was so uncomfortable. But they were biting good there. Water temp started at 66 and dropped to 62 as the rain came down harder. Totaled around 12 between the two of us and had several misses as well. Fish were caught between 6 & 8 feet of water. Biggest was 4.6 (pictured) and a couple around 3.5. Caught on a few different lures. Swimbaits, lipless cranks, but the biggest few came on a wacky rigged Senko. Color and rigging mattered. This was the 4.6. It had a tail hanging out of its throat.

WOW that fish looks FAT. Pre-spawn? or just well fed?
12 fish in 2 1/2 hours is good -- getting soaked that quickly isn't
