Anyone checked out the new 10XD deep crank baits? Saw them for the first time today. Good lord they are huge! Lip alone has to be 3-4 inches. Cranking this thing has to be like trying to reel in 10lb dead turtle. Think I'd last about 15 minutes cranking that thing. It dives to over 20' deep. Thanks but no thanks...... Especially at $13.

Definitely not a bait for the South end of the lake. Might work up North, but I agree it would be a workout to throw for very long. I could just see Schodack ,when the toothy critter makes off with his $13 lure.Waaaa Waaaa!!! ;D

I'm not sure even a 3' pike could swallow that monster bait but your right, I'd be bi$#&ing up a storm if one got mine.... Should be a bounty on them toothy things....  |
