Hello fellow bass fisherman !
I am a new member that lives in Barre. I just moved out here a year and a half ago. I grew up bass fishing in Maine and have little experience bass fishing Vermont. I am looking to meet some guys to get out and bass fish with. I also would like to learn few new techniques as well. I have a small 12 foot jon boat but that won't cut it on the larger lakes. Any time anyone is looking to have some company on the water and catch some bass let me know !

Welcome Nate.Fishing bass here is about the same as it is up in Maine.Maybe not as many quality fish as there are up there.I live near the northern part of Champlain,so I don't know to many bass waters over your way.Hopefully someone here will have some info for you.Good Luck

Welcome aboard! You will meet some nice folks here and maybe learn a thing or two. Feel free to browse the history here. You can probably find some info on local waters besides Champlain. BTW, if you pay attention to the weather and if fishing south lake, you can get away with a jon boat. We did when we were kids (more then a few decades ago)!
