I've got 2. A 6lb Largemouth from Bomo and a 5lb ish smallie from Champlain. The 3 biggest smallmouth I've caught I haven't had a scale.   |

My best LM was 7 lbs 15 oz caught almost 40 years ago at Union Lake in Millville, N.J. and my best SM was 5.04 lbs caught in Lake Champlain 2 years ago. Sorry, no photos available.

My pesonal best LM and SM were both from many years ago, back when I was a teenager. LM was 6.5 out of Halfmoon Pond at Halfmoon SP. We were fishing in a canoe and had to drag it to shore to land and release.
The SM was on Lake Bomoseen and was right around 5 lbs. It hit a topwater and did a lot of jumps.

8.5 lb LM caught at Sitckmarsh in FL. Up North a 7.2 lb LM at Bomo and a 5.75 SM at Champalin.

6 lb. 7 oz. Largemouth at Surry Mt Dam in Surry, NH 8/12/96. On a 6" junebug Gator Tail worm. Released. 5 lb. 1oz. Smallmouth at Harriman Reservoir in Wilmington, VT 10/12/99 on a Long A jerkbait. Released. I had to scrounge through my journals for the dates....  |

Largest was a little under 6lb 3.2oz and had 5 lb 1.6oz that day too back in 2006 on Champlain.  This in my old boat and no making fun of my short very very white legs! |

Largemouth bass, 7 pounds 2 oz. on a spinnerbait at Bristol pond about 15-18 years ago. Can't find the photo, but will post it if I can find it. I released the fish and had a replica made based on photos and measurements.
