I snagged some of the Lucky Strike Scroungers a while ago from dad and took them down to school and have just started having some success with them. But also some failure as well; the bills of two are twisted so that they spin through the water, creating the most line twist I have ever seen.
So I was wondering what everyone's favorites are of the different makes available. There are a bunch and I don't know that I want to go back to the Lucky Strikes but I can't see how the others would be much different. Thoughts, suggestions?

They are pretty much all the same with only a few minor differences. The key is to make sure the plastic/rubber lip doesn't spin. Some are designed so that it can't and others may need a touch of glue.
Most line twist occurs not from the lip spinning, but from reeling in too fast. Switch to a low gear ratio reel and heavier fluoro... and less coffee. ;D
