I finally got the boat up to camp and hope to finally get fishing. I'm awful late this year. A trip to thaw out at Myrtle Beach early April kinda got me behind the eight ball. But it was a productive trip for mind, soul, and for future fishing. Been reading about y'all whacking them for weeks has been painful. Hope you left this old man a few.

As Johnny Carson used to say "you are wrong bison breath"  Amazingly I only saw two over two days. I caught a tiny one Saturday and my partner caught a small one Sunday in the paper tournament. Only lost one jig stuck in the rocks. Not a bad start as far as pike go anyway. |

Only lost one jig stuck in the rocks. Not a bad start as far as pike go anyway. Bison breathe? I thought this was a friendly forum. I was running interference for you on Sunday catching three, one big one that now has a taste for human flesh. Beware of that one. I’ll post some pics later, maybe on another post if I have time. |
