Weather (tornado watch down here), water and post spawn all conspired to defeat your best efforts. I couldn't make anything happen shallow last Wed. either and I had better (although high pressure frontal) weather. Perhaps you need more rods! ;D

Perhaps you need more rods! ;D Brian hit the nail on the head! You must need ;D ;D More Rods ;D ;D Even with slow fishing it is fun to have some friends in from out of town. A 9 lb sheepshead will get your blood moving for a few minutes  |

We weren't whacking them up North on Sunday. Up here that North wind makes it impossible to fish much other than chuck and wind. Our club had a paper tournament and several people didn't get a limit. The most effective bait was a rattle trap.
