I have a friend who gave me the go ahead to dock my boat on his frontage this summer. The frontage has stairs but that's it. I have a 20 FT Tahoe Deckboat and i'm looking for a dock to roll into the water and set up for the season. Anyone know anyone who is selling docks for a decent price and any tips/ideas on what works best? I have heard a boat lift is something I should consider as well, but I have never worked with one.
Any information would be great as I am looking forward to getting set for the year on my private dock on one of the best lakes in the country...
Thanks

I have occasionally seen used docks on craiglist. Possibly Dock Doctors might have something used that could work for you. Thinking maybe setting up a mooring would be a cheaper option?
Whatever you do be sure it's sound and the boat is well protected, you know how nasty the lake can be. Good luck.

Curtis Lumber sells dock kits. Think they are floating type though, not on wheels.
